Victory in Court today!  Judgement for Defendant! Kudos!  Special thanks to "Asshley", from the Avilla Heritage Staff for her incompetence at her job for not serving me correctly.   Thanks to Dominique, my free attorney in Court,  that got my case dismissed in 5 minutes.   He really knows his stuff when it comes to tenants' rights. On Sunday, Jan 15, 2022, at 5:53 pm (after business office hours) I received a phone call from a guy that works at Avilla Heritage.  I was travelling back home from getting my daughter settled in at college almost 4 hours away.  He said he was calling on behalf of Avilla Heritage and the manager asked him to call me to see when and if I was moving out.  I had no idea what he was talking about.  I asked him to clarify, he said he would have the manager, Andrea call me cause he was not quite sure if he had the correct information.  On Monday, Jan 16, my grand daughter's birthday and the MLK Holiday, Andrea called me at 9:14 am to inform me that they were not renewing my lease and I had to move.  She mentioned a lot of the things that had been going on including, my lease and billing issues, Ashley calling the Grand Prairie PD on me 2 times, both were perjury and falsification, how they would be talking with Ashley about her non-professionalism attitude when h...
